专利说明:

The invention relates to roofing roofs of shingled constructions. Hfcjx parts in the form of a flat or combined element imitating several planks or individual shingle elements next to each other. Roofing coatings of shingle elements attached to the wooden crate are known. The shingles or flat hinge-like elements are positioned in such a way that they rest on the lower end of the plane and on the upper end only along the edge line, resulting in a wedge-shaped hollow space under the slats. The disadvantage of this design is the ingress of humid air into the wedge-shaped cavities. while its cooling to the dew point leads to the formation of condensate in these cavities, which not only causes the moistening of the material of the plates, but especially during frosts leads to damage or e to time Rushen shingle material. In addition, there is a danger (in particular, it relates to a bitumen-based muscular material) that, due to the presence of clan-shaped cavities, the flat-like sheet elements can be punctured during laying or may be deformed by the action of sun rays. high temperature, as a result of which not only the functional ability of the shingles over the floor is damaged, but also the appearance of the shingled roof is deteriorated. In addition, it is impossible to lay a thick layer of insulating material made of foamed plastic between the wood paneling and shingle or shingle-like and flat elements under the conditions of a crest; therefore, until now, only insulation under the wood paneling between the rafters was possible. Thus, uniform heat insulation is not provided, it is necessary to lay the insulation at a distance from the wood paneling in order to create the possibility of good ventilation preventing the wood paneling and the insulation layer from wetting. The closest to the present invention is a shingles-like element, including the lower part in the form of a truncated wedge made of polyurethane foam with stepped grooves on the longitudinal sides and a flat rectangular upper part made of roofing material located on the cantilever and f2}. a shingle-like element and a bearing structure, which does not allow these elements to be laid directly onto the supporting structures, and makes it necessary to separate insulation under gontoobraznymi elements, deteriorates the performance of the whole of the roof due to the increased deformability wedge elements over the cavities. The purpose of the invention is to improve performance. This goal is achieved by the fact that a shingle-like element, comprising a lower part in the form of a truncated polyurethane foam wedge with stepped openings on the longitudinal sides and a flat rectangular upper part made of roofing material located console-like on it, is provided in the lower part with an additional rectangular part integrally joined with a wedge, connecting parts in the form of flat and twisted strips and brackets and fittings, while the flat strip is placed on the upper part, and the twisted strip - In the lower part, and The flat and twisted bands are joined by the brackets enclosing them, and the reinforcement is made in the form of a perforated U-shaped strip and is placed in the lower part of the element. FIG. 1 shows a section of a portion of a roof covering of haunt-shaped elements; in fig. 2 - shingle-shaped element, section; in fig. 3 is a shingle-shaped element, a general fig, 4 section A-A in FIG. 3; FIG. 5 is a section B — B in FIG. 3; in fig. b - connection of two shingles on their lateral sides; Fig. 7 illustrates a part of the coating of grydone-shaped elements, section; in fig. 8 - shingle-shaped element, section. . FIG. Figure 1 shows a section of a part of a roof covering which consists of hinged elements that are adjacent to one another, having a bottom part 1 which has a stepwise recess 2 on both longitudinal sides, resulting in a rectangular after laying: in section the base on which the top part 3 connected to the lower part 1 by means of a flat strip 4 passing along the upper part 3 and a twisted strip 5 embedded in the lower part 1. In addition, in the lower part 1 there is a U-shaped strip as reinforcement b, made of an appropriately bent sheet, which can be pierced with nails, therefore the fixing of the gontoobrazny elements is made
nail 7 directly to the rafters or to the wall.
FIG. 2 shows an enlarged sectional view of FIG. 1 element, while the upper part 3 is not shown in its entire width. As can be seen, the total thickness d is equal to the thickness of the upper part 3 and the lower part 1 and is equal to 2 on the left side, i.e. the lower part 1 is a truncated wedge, the truncated side of which is denoted by the position 8. In addition, the lower part 1 has a stepped recess on both longitudinal sides, which is made so that the thickness d is times the thickness di. After the laying of such building elements, a rectangular base is obtained, on which a flat wedge is located, which forms a triangle ABC in cross section. The four-meter-shingled building element (Fig. 3) is made with the upper part 3, which is provided with slots 9. The lower part 1 is made as shown in FIG. 1 and 2, a flat strip 4 is visible on the upper part 3. The width of the upper part is designated b.
The strip 4, which is located on the upper part 3 (Fig. 4), is connected by means of a wire clip 10 with a twisted strip 5, which is embedded in a synthetic material (Fig. 5) and, after twisting, is spun to the upper strip 4 by means of a wire clip 10. Thanks to A wedge-shaped connection of two gavel-shaped elements along their sides 8 (Fig. 6) can, for example, connect four-meter-hton-like elements even between the lines, while maintaining the possibility of walking on them. If the right side of the left element is stepped on, the pressure from the upper part of the wedge-shaped recess 11 overeats to the upper part of the wedge-shaped protrusion 12. If it is applied to the left side of the right element, the pressure from the lower part of the wedge-shaped protrusion 12 is transferred to the lower part of the wedge-shaped notch 11. Gantry the element (fig. 8) is the basic shape of the shingle construction element, which is complete according to the invention, since it additionally has a rectangular bottom section 1 which has a rectangular cross section under the triangle ii part which together with the wedge-shaped part forms a truncated wedge with a truncated side 8. This basic shape is possible, as shown in FIG. 1-3 J vary in such a way that the step-side notch 2 is located on the longitudinal sides. The rectangular part can
have a different shape of the longitudinal strone, for example, groove and tongue. This part can also be a parallelogram with a long side AB.
The upper part is made of shingle plates made of material L1b. The lower part has a cross-sectional shape preferably of a trapezoidal shape and is made of foamed synthetic material, mainly of polyurethane foam, and its underside is coated, for example, of aluminum foil. Since the proposed ganty-shaped building elements on the underside are glued predominantly with aluminum film, in practice they are sandwich-type constructions.
In the manufacture of shingles-like building elements in the form of a multi-layer npiiMSHHETCH construction, the additional fastening of the upper part to the foam. To do this, flat strips of material are placed on the upper side of the upper part, and twisted material strips are placed on the upper side of the lower part. The strips are attached to the upper part with staples, and the upper and lower strips are simultaneously clamped and the twisted strips are embedded in the lower part. In order to increase the strength, polyurethane foam is inserted into reinforcement in the form of U-shaped strips, equipped with through holes, if necessary, and the strips with the underside of C lie on the underside of the lower part; therefore, they are practically adjacent to them when they are laid on the rafter. U-shaped strips can be made of appropriately curved sheets, the thickness of which allows the elements to nail directly to the rafters. Foams can be supplied with additives, interfere with combustion, or a source material can be selected that has a fire resistance. In addition, these foams may contain fillers (finely ground mineral filler or wood flour), which increase the compressive strength.
The use of the proposed isotope eliminates the danger of collapse during walking, deformation under the influence of heat and due to evolution of condensate in the cavity. Since the lower part of the gantry-like element is a blunt wedge in cross section and is made of expanded polyurethane with additional cooling,
best provides the value of the heat-shielding layer and creates the possibility of the proposed shingle-like
elements to be laid, i.e. nail, for example, directly onto rafters.
